Quilting is my passion and the best part is making things to give as gifts. Nothing makes me happier than someone loving a quilt I have given them.

I love to crochet, but only know the basics so far. I really enjoyed teaching my daughter how to crochet when she was sick in bed for an extended period of time at only 8 years old year. MashaAllah, she made her self a beautiful blanket that she was very proud of, cause it was her first time trying. It brought a little happiness in a very difficult time by giving her something to show people who visited her. She is grown now but still uses it!
What a great way to pass the time, you made a hard time into something special.
In sha Allah, it is my goal to learn how crochet this winter and I want to make a patchwork afghan! ♡
Nancy, your site look fabulous! Great goals, the winter is good time to make an afghan too. You can use it as you go.
